1. Digital Master WAV Purchases & Commercial License

When purchasing a master track from Mythoz Records, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to perform, stream, broadcast in DJ sets, and utilize the uncompressed 24-bit 96kHz master audio file for live events, podcasts, radio shows, and online streams.

• Master audio downloads are generated with secure, time-limited 60-second signed URLs stored in your private vault.
• Re-distribution, unauthorized reselling, or claiming copyright on unmodified master stems is strictly prohibited.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable digital audio files (24-bit WAVs), all sales are considered final once the download token has been generated. However, we guarantee 100% file integrity:

• If a downloaded file is corrupted or fails checksum verification, our automated vault allows instant re-downloads from your Library.
• If a duplicate transaction occurs due to payment gateway delay, our support team will issue an immediate refund via Midtrans upon review.

3. Payment Gateway & Security

All electronic transactions are securely processed via Midtrans Snap utilizing 3D-Secure protocols, PCI-DSS compliance, and encrypted SHA512 signature authentication. Mythoz never stores raw credit card details on its servers.
